E-books
Because e-books are delivered immediately and you agree before paying to lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, e-books are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Faulty files
If your file is damaged or won't open, email pr@barbiekatia.com within 14 days and we will send a working copy or refund you.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same e-book twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
Mentoring calls
Refunds for calls follow the Call Booking Policy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
