Call Booking Policy

Booking
Calls are booked and paid in one step through our booking page. Times are shown in your own time zone. You'll receive a confirmation and a reminder email with the video call link.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge up to [24] hours before the call using the link in your confirmation email. One reschedule per booking.
Cancellation by you
Cancel at least [48] hours before the call for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
No-shows and lateness
If you are more than [10] minutes late, the call may be shortened or treated as a no-show without refund.

If Katia needs to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
